What data is processed

Visiting the website

When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure operation of the website). Log files are deleted after a short period.

Contact form and email

If you use the contact form or email us, we process your name, email address, optionally your phone number and the content of your message in order to answer your request and arrange an appointment. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract). Where you provide information about your health, processing is based on Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR in conjunction with medical confidentiality.

Data is deleted once it is no longer needed to handle your request, and at the latest after statutory retention periods expire. If treatment follows, the information becomes part of your patient record.

No cookies, no tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking services. Fonts are served from our own server; no connection is made to Google Fonts or other third parties.

Hosting

The website is hosted by hosting provider (to be added) within the European Union under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
